    • Damaged/faulty items: Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

    • Change of mind or incorrect orders: Contact us within 14 days of receipt.

    • Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.

  • Custom/cut-to-size items (e.g., drilled tarps) are non-returnable unless damaged/faulty.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email sales@tarpaulins-uk.uk with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos of damaged/faulty items (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Refund Timeline: Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items.

Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind/Incorrect Orders: Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method.

  • Postage costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/faulty items).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, cut-to-size, or specially ordered tarpaulins (unless faulty).
